Add Nexus 2 lftools info

Add documentation on how to create Nexus 2 repos
using lftools.
Add examples of the files taken as parameter.

+LF Tools provides an interface to Nexus 2 for creating resources or reordering staging repositories.

+The ``lftools nexus create repo`` command needs two files as parameters:
