Chore: Remove three repos where INFO.yaml had syntax issues

These were recently created on request of O-RAN. The original Gerrit change
that this work was performed on is here:

https://gerrit.linuxfoundation.org/infra/c/releng/info-master/+/73218

I will remove the configuration from info-master, ensure the Gerrit repos
are removed, then re-issue the INFO.yaml files and recreate them.
