   4     Fix: Update CentOS 7 mirrorlist to vault

   6     With CentOS 7 being EOL the mirrorlist URLs are archived
   7     and moved to CentOS vault.

   9     This impacts Jenkins minions configuration required for
  10     Sigul signing.

  12     As a workaround force vault use in yum repos config
  13     till this is resolved and new version of sigul client/server
  14     is available to use on the infrastructure.
