   4     Remove unused the MAVEN_CENTRAL_URL variable. The self-release job is
   5     designed to work with any Nexus repository info published in
   6     `staging-repo.txt.gz`, which makes the `MAVEN_CENTRAL_URL` redundant,
   7     hence remove the unused variable.
