   4     Branch discovery and build polling implemented.
   5     If a Branch has not been seen by rtd
   6     we trigger a build with rtd and poll till that build
   7     is complete.
   8     we can then enable the branch and trigger a build
   9     against it, again polling all builds untill they are
  10     complete.
