   4     **gerrit-tox-verify** now has a new parameter ``gerrit-skip-vote``
   5     (bool) to control whether Jenkins should skip voting depending on
   6     the build outcome. It defaults to ``false`` since it is the
   7     default used by the Jenkins Gerrit Trigger Plugin.
